Digital Delivery Policy

At MS Soluções para Joalheria, all of our products are high-precision digital files (STL). For this reason, no physical goods are shipped by post or courier, which means there are no shipping charges on any purchase.

1. Delivery Time

Access to your files is released after payment is confirmed, within 24 hours, for all payment methods available at checkout (such as credit card, Pix or Boleto).

2. How do you receive your files?

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email with your download links. Your files will also remain permanently available in your Customer Account on our website. Simply log in to access them at any time.

3. File Format

Models are delivered in .STL format (they may be compressed as .ZIP or .RAR to make downloading easier). You will need compatible software or a slicer to work with the files.
