Terms of Use and Licensing of 3D Files

By purchasing a product from MS Soluções para Joalheria, you agree to the licensing terms described below. These terms are intended to protect our intellectual property and to ensure that you use our files professionally and safely.

1. Nature of the License

Purchasing an STL file on our website grants you a License to Use for Manufacturing. This means that:

  • You may: print, cast and sell the physical jewelry piece made from the file.

  • You may not: sell, give away, share or distribute the digital file (STL) on any platform, social media group or to third parties without prior formal authorization.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs and 3D models available on this website are the exclusive property of MS Soluções para Joalheria and are protected by copyright law (Brazilian Copyright Law No. 9,610/98 and applicable international law). Possession of the digital file does not transfer authorship of the design to the buyer.

3. Download and Refund Policy

Because this is a digital product delivered for immediate use, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been downloaded, except in cases of a proven technical defect in the file that prevents its use. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Technical note: our files are tested by specialists with over 30 years of experience to ensure the best castability and stone setting.

4. Limitation of Liability

MS Soluções is not responsible for 3D printing or casting failures resulting from improper use of equipment, resins or third-party materials. The success of the physical piece depends on the technical calibration of the customer's manufacturing process.
