Consumables: injection wax, investment plaster, gases, abrasives, chemicals (5-15% of total cost). 4. Labor: injection time, assembly, casting, finishing, setting. 5. Fixed costs allocated: rent, energy, equipment, insurance. 6. Profit margin: for artisan jewelry, 40-60% over total cost.
