1. Technical Accuracy of the Models

MS Soluções has over 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry. Our models are designed according to technical manufacturing standards. However, the final result of the physical piece (printing and casting) depends directly on external factors, such as:

Calibration of the 3D printer used.
Type and quality of the resin or wax.
Casting and finishing processes carried out by the buyer. We are not responsible for metal loss or printing failures resulting from improper use of these materials.
